Order Online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year
SHIPPING CHARGES: We charge $9.80 to securely package your order and ship it to you via USPS (United States Postal Service) We may choose to use another carrier depending on the products ordered.
We will ship the skin products anywhere in the world. (However, we do not accept credit card orders from everywhere, so we reserve the right to refuse to ship and fulfill orders according to our discretion.)
When we get the fountains up and going, we only ship those within the US.
Shipping Changes and Returns
If you need to make any changes to your order after you placed it, please call 1-800-356-3533. Please note that your order may begin processing immediately after you place your order, and it may not be possible to change items on existing orders. Make sure when placing orders that you double check your order, we reserve the right to charge a fee for order changes or cancellations.
No refunds or exchanges are accepted after 30 days of purchase.
We reserve the right to purchase back product at our discretion within the 30 days and to charge a restocking fee of $10.00 plus shipping per return (subject to change at any time). S&H is NOT refundable.

All personal information that you provide us for purposes of billing and shipping will be held in the highest confidence. We will not sell, disclose, or share any personal information that you provide to us.
